At Webmarksy, we believe in complete transparency and professionalism. Before we begin any project, we want you to fully understand our process, your rights as a client, and our responsibilities to you. This page outlines our standard project agreement.

  2. Proposal & Quotation — We send you a detailed scope and pricing
  3. Agreement & 50% Advance Payment — Project officially begins
  4. Design & Development — We build your website with regular updates
  5. Review & Revisions — You review; we make required changes
  6. Final Delivery & Remaining 50% Payment — Website is launched!

We follow a fair, transparent, and client-friendly payment structure:

Why this model? The 50/50 structure protects both you (the client) and us. You do not pay the full amount until you are satisfied with the final result, and we are motivated to deliver quality work efficiently.


  • Deliver the agreed project within the committed timeline
  • Provide regular progress updates throughout the project
  • Complete a minimum of 2–3 free revision rounds
  • Maintain 100% confidentiality of your business information
  • Provide 30 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes
  • Hand over all login credentials (WordPress, hosting, domain) upon final payment

  • Provide required content: logo, images, text, color preferences within 3 business days
  • Give timely feedback during the review phase
  • Make payments on time as per the agreed schedule
  • Communicate changes clearly and within the agreed project scope

We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur a small fee, which will be agreed upon in advance.


  • If the client cancels after work has begun, the 50% advance payment is non-refundable
  • If Webmarksy is unable to complete the project for any reason, a full refund of advance payment will be issued
  • Both parties must give written (email) notice for cancellations

Upon receipt of the final payment, all website files, design assets, and content created by Webmarksy become the property of the client. Webmarksy retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
